What You Will Be Doing:
Respond to incoming customer inquiries efficiently through phone, email, or live chat.
Maintain high-quality, professional, and empathetic communication during every interaction.
Provide accurate, clear, and solution-driven support to users.
Accurately log, track, and update customer details within our internal system.
Uphold established service standards and operational quality benchmarks.
Collaborate with international internal teams to optimize overall customer satisfaction.
What We Require:
Native or fluent (C1-C2 level) proficiency in German.
A solid command of English (B1 level or higher) for internal tools and systems.
Ready to work and build a professional career in Portugal.
Highly motivated, reliable, and eager to learn new skills.
Comfortable working in a diverse, multicultural team setting.
Must hold EU citizenship or a currently valid work permit for Portugal.
