Customer Service with Swedish - Relocation to Greece

About the project:

You will be working for a subscription-based streaming service that allows our members to watch TV shows and movies on an internet-connected device.

Your Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries
• Troubleshoot and resolve streaming issues
• Provide information on subscription plans
• Assist with account management and billing
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams

What you will need:

• Fluent level of Swedish language (at least C1)
• Good level of English language (at least B2)
• Eligibility to work in Greece (EU citizenship or full rights to work in Greece)
• You need to be in Greece or open for permanent relocation there - with our excellent relocation package!

Salary, bonuses and benefits:

• Full time contract with a Greek employer
• Rotational shifts: Monday-Sunday, 10:00-23:00
• Base salary 1350 € gross per month (2 extra salaries granted by a Greek law)
• Up to 200€ gross as a Performance Bonus per month – for results from work and meeting expectations
• Transportation bonus up to 100€ gross per month
• Health package

Relocation support for those wanting to relocate to Greece:

• Paid flight ticket
• Airport taxi
• 2 weeks free hotel stay
• Assistance with finding an apartment

Relocation is required for the entire duration of the training and employment period.

NOTE: Please remember, that full working rights are required to work in Greece
