Customer Service with Finnish - Relocation to Greece

We are looking for Finnish-speaking Customer Care Specialists to join an international team providing customer support for device protection and insurance services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, webform and social media.
• Processing and managing claims, including status updates, approvals and denials.
• Coordinating repairs and replacements for electronics and appliances.
• Answering questions about warranty coverage, eligibility and terms.
• Handling complaints and escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Updating customer and case information in CRM systems.
• Providing professional and empathetic customer service.

Requirements:

• Finnish C1 / Native / Near-native level
• English B2 level
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle challenging interactions calmly and professionally.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Working conditions:

• Full-time employment.
• Office-based position in Greece.
• Customer Care hours: Monday–Friday 08:00–21:00 and Saturday–Sunday 09:00–18:00
• 2 weeks of classroom training + 2 weeks of on-the-job training.
• Training and ongoing refresher sessions conducted in person.

What the employer offers:

• €1,400 gross/month × 14 salaries per year
• Productivity bonus of up to €200/month, depending on target achievement.
• Transportation bonus of up to €100/month, proportional to days worked on-site after completing training.
