We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via email and chat with efficiency and accuracy.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to resolve issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Maintain adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.

Requirements:

Fluency in Dutch language (must be at least C2)
Communicative level of English language (at least B2)
You live in Porto or you are ready to relocate
Nice to have previous Customer Support experience
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What we offer

Full time contract
Base salary (gross): 1100€/month x 14
