Role Overview:

We are seeking an

Associate Dentist

to provide high-quality dental care to diverse patient populations, primarily children and young adults, in a compassionate and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities: Deliver dental services supported by advanced technology, participate in team activities such as morning huddles, promote community engagement, and ensure excellent patient experiences.
Key Duties: Manage patient care using DentaPro software, digital X-rays, and fiber-optic handpieces; collaborate with hygienists and dental assistants; maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols; serve patients aged 3-30%, with a focus on children.

Qualifications & Skills:

DDS/DMD from an accredited program; valid state license; certifications including CPR, DEA, and nitrous oxide (where applicable).
Strong compassion, teamwork, and patient-focused care.
