- Deliver comprehensive dental services to patients, primarily children and young adults, utilizing modern technology such as digital x-rays and fiber-optic handpieces.
- Collaborate with a supportive team (including hygienists and assistants) to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care.
- Participate in team activities like morning huddles, promote a positive community image, and foster a patient-focused environment.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency procedures through ongoing training.
- Support community engagement and patient education efforts.
- DDS/DMD from an accredited program and valid licensure to practice dentistry.
- CPR, DEA, and other relevant certifications; Nitrous Oxide certification preferred (for certain states).
- Passion for working with both children and adults and a team-oriented mindset.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, ethical care in a collaborative environment.
- Guaranteed base pay over $200K with uncapped earning potential and a $50,000 sign-on bonus.
