Responsibilities
- Deliver dental services using advanced tools such as DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and fiber-optic handpieces.
- Participate in team activities like morning huddles, planning, and patient care.
- Promote positive community image and patient experiences.
- Manage a patient load of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients daily.
- Support a team ratio of hygienists, assistants, and providers.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols.
- DDS/DMD from an accredited program.
- Valid dental license or eligibility in required states.
- Certifications such as CPR, DEA, and optionally Nitrous Oxide.

- Guaranteed base pay over $200K with uncapped earning potential.
