Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Start Date: 6 July 2026 Work Mode: Onsite (with relocation support) About the Role Are you a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills in German and English? Do you have a sharp eye for risk, quality, and online safety? Join our Trust & Safety team in Sofia and help create a safer digital environment for users across Europe. As a Digital Trust and Safety Specialist , you will review user-generated content, investigate suspicious activity, enforce platform policies, and respond to reports involving scams, fraud, harassment, and unsafe material. You will play a key role in protecting users and supporting a secure online experience through accurate, fair, and timely decision-making. This role is ideal for analytical, resilient professionals who want to grow in a supportive, international, and fast-paced work environment. What You'll Do Review user-generated content in line with platform policies and community standards. Investigate reports related to fraud, scams, impersonation, harassment, and harmful content. Take appropriate moderation actions such as warnings, removals, or account suspensions. Identify suspicious patterns and escalate high-risk or sensitive cases to the relevant internal teams. Maintain high quality and consistency when applying internal guidelines. Accurately document cases, decisions, and actions in internal systems. What We're Looking For Language Skills: Fluency in German (C1+) and strong English (B2+) . Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to make objective decisions. Resilience when working with sensitive or potentially disturbing content. Experience in trust & safety, content moderation, fraud prevention, or customer service is a plus – but not required if you bring motivation and adaptability. Availability to work on a rotational schedule (Monday–Saturday, 08:00–21:00 | Saturdays until 18:00). Willingness to work onsite in Sofia .
