Director of Emergency Services | El Paso, TX Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Days | No Weekends Compensation: $109,158 - $128,256 annually (based on experience) Annual Incentive Bonus: 17.5% - 26.25% Relocation Assistance: Available Homeowners: Up to $25,000 ($15,000 lump sum + $10,000 household goods) Renters: Up to $15,000 relocation assistance Overview A leading acute care hospital in El Paso is seeking an experienced Director of Emergency Services to oversee operations within a busy Emergency Department. This leadership role is responsible for driving clinical quality, patient safety, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, physician collaboration, employee engagement, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will bring strong Emergency Department leadership experience and a proven ability to improve patient outcomes, departmental efficiency, and staff performance in an acute care environment.
