Job Summary
This role is central to supporting the delivery of high-quality, safe patient care across the Division. The post holder will lead and coordinate a wide range of quality governance and patient safety activities, including incident investigations, risk management, clinical audit, and quality improvement initiatives. Working closely with the Divisional Senior Team and clinical services, the role focuses on analysing data, monitoring quality performance, and ensuring that learning from incidents, audits, and feedback is translated into meaningful improvements in practice.
We are looking for a proactive and analytical individual with strong organisational and communication skills who is passionate about improving patient safety and service quality.
