In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring a safe and engaging environment for users across the globe. What you’ll do: • Content Review: Monitor and moderate user-generated content on the platform to ensure it adheres to community guidelines and is appropriate for all audiences. • Flagging and Reporting: Identify and report harmful content, and take appropriate action to protect the platform’s community. • Communication: Collaborate with other moderators and teams to maintain consistency and uphold the platform’s standards. You’re the perfect fit if you: • Speak Dutch fluently and have good command of English (B2 level), enabling you to follow training and communicate effectively with your team. • Are detail-oriented and can spot even the smallest issues in content, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all users. • Have a positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and handle sensitive content with care. • Are motivated to live and work in Lisbon for at least 12 months, embracing the opportunity to explore a new culture and lifestyle.
