Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently handle customer requests and provide timely solutions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and store policies to assist customers accurately. Document all customer interactions to enhance service quality and streamline processes. Contribute to team goals and strive for continuous improvement in service delivery. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably in the retail sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle complaints effectively and demonstrate problem-solving skills. Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
