Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability. Process orders, handle returns, and manage exchanges efficiently. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on enhancing satisfaction and loyalty. Stay informed about the latest product offerings and promotions to provide accurate information. Document all customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance and service improvement. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably in the retail industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues professionally. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
