We’re Hiring: Marketing & Office Support Assistant (Visa Sponsorship Available)

Founded in 1929, we are an established food company with an active, diverse, and international team of around 60 members.

We are launching a new, agile project team to drive our digital expansion and modern workspace. As this is a newly created focus area within the company, you will enjoy significant autonomy, hands-on ownership, and the opportunity to build initiatives from the ground up alongside leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Digital & Social Promotion: Plan, create, and lead engaging social media campaigns (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to showcase our food products globally.
• Internal IT & Systems Support: Manage office IT infrastructure, device setup, Microsoft 365 troubleshooting, and internal digital improvements.
• Project Building: Collaborate closely in a compact, agile team to test ideas, establish workflows, and shape our digital presence.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Native or fluent Japanese (Essential) for clear internal coordination and vendor communication
• Business proficiency in English to collaborate within our multinational environment
• Experience or strong enthusiasm for social media marketing, content creation, and brand storytelling
• Hands-on comfort with Windows environments, basic IT troubleshooting, and digital tools
• Self-starter mindset: comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking initiative

主な業務内容：

• SNS・商品プロモーション： 国内外へ向けたSNS（Instagram、X、LinkedInなど）の発信企画・運用、商品PRコンテンツの作成
• 社内IT・DXサポート： 社内PCの初期設定・トラブル対応（Windows、Microsoft 365等）、デジタルツールの活用支援
• プロジェクト推進： 新しい取り組みの立ち上げ、業務効率化やプロモーション施策の企画・実行

応募要件：

• 日本語：母語レベルまたはビジネスレベル必須（社内連携・取引先対応のため）
• 英語：日常会話レベル（多国籍なチーム環境でのコミュニケーション）
• SNS運用、広報・Webマーケティングの実務経験、または強い意欲・関心がある方
• PCのキッティング（初期設定）や基本的なITトラブル対応に抵抗がない方
• 自発的にアイデアを出し、主体的に動くことが好きな方
