About the Role
Join a product engineering team at an AI agent reliability startup, building tools that help teams understand and improve agents running in production. This backend-leaning full-stack role combines customer collaboration, product development, and platform engineering.
What You'll Do
Build product experiences for agent investigations, evaluation workflows, debugging, verification, and replay.
Own customer problems end-to-end, from understanding agent failures and defining solutions to shipping features and iterating on them.
Develop APIs, data models, internal systems, and polished product interfaces across the stack.
Build agent capabilities for large-scale investigations using production traces.
Design platform systems for workspaces, permissions, billing, usage, SDKs, and developer workflows.
Work directly with AI teams to understand their needs and inform product decisions.
What We're Looking For
Zero to five years of full-stack development experience and a record of shipping production software end-to-end.
Production experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Python, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, with a backend focus.
Strong skills in API design, data modeling, maintainable code, and debugging across the stack.
Experience building customer-facing product features and platform capabilities, and owning problems from discovery through delivery.
Interest or experience in AI agents, LLM-powered products, developer tools, observability, evaluation, or debugging systems is a plus.
