Mid/Senior Full Stack AI Engineer

About the Role

Join a small product engineering team building AI-powered tools for commercial operations in chemical and industrial manufacturing. You will help automate complex pricing, quoting, and sales workflows by turning business data and rules into useful, reliable product experiences.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship end-to-end AI agents for quoting, pricing, and cross-sell workflows.

• Own product features across the frontend and backend using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.

• Integrate the product with enterprise systems such as SAP and address GDPR-compliant deployments and European data residency needs.

• Work through ambiguous product and technical challenges, delivering solutions from concept to production.

What We're Looking For

• Three or more years of full-stack product engineering experience, ideally at startups, with experience building and shipping product features.

• Strong TypeScript and React skills, with hands-on experience using Next.js.

• Experience building or deeply integrating AI systems and agentic products beyond standard chat interfaces.

• Familiarity with agent frameworks or harnesses such as LangGraph, Mastra, or Agents SDK.

• Curiosity about AI tools and techniques, a strong product mindset, and comfort working in a fast-moving, zero-to-one environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $180,000 to $250,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

On-site, five days per week in San Francisco, California, United States.
