We're looking for an experienced Director, or a highly experienced 2IC/Assistant Director ready to take the next step, to lead our service and team. As Director, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, support and inspire your team, build strong relationships with families and community, and drive high-quality education and care.
We'd particularly love to hear from candidates with experience supporting children with additional needs and creating inclusive environments where every child can participate, belong and thrive. This is an opportunity to step into a meaningful leadership role in a remote community, while being supported by the wider network.

Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated leadership experience in early childhood education — experienced 2ICs or Assistant Directors ready to step into a Director role are encouraged to apply
- Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS and MTOP
- Experience leading and supporting teams
- Experience with service operations, compliance and quality improvement
- Experience contributing to Assessment and Rating
- Experience supporting children with additional needs and inclusive practice
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with children, families, staff and community
- Commitment to children's rights and high-quality outcomes
- Ability to work respectfully within a culturally diverse community
- Eligible to work in Australia and willing to relocate to Halls Creek
- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
- Current WA Working with Children Check
- Satisfactory National Police Clearance
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Relevant leadership experience
