The Opportunity
Lead bulk earthworks on a regional rail construction programme. The role uses a 2:1 DIDO roster with accommodation; relocation support may apply under the employer’s policy for a move within an hour of the project area.

The Opportunity
Lead bulk earthworks on a regional rail construction programme. The role uses a 2:1 DIDO roster with accommodation; relocation support may apply under the employer’s policy for a move within an hour of the project area.
Your Work
- Direct engineers, supervisors and construction teams to deliver safe, quality works on time and within budget.
- Prepare construction plans and completion schedules and monitor progress against baseline targets.
- Improve construction methods, material processing and operational productivity.
- Coordinate subcontractors and build effective client, community and delivery relationships.
- Maintain robust cost and revenue forecasts, commercial risk controls and team performance.
- Degree in civil engineering, construction management or a related discipline.
- Experience with a major contractor and civil, earthworks, road or rail infrastructure delivery.
- Knowledge of material processing, crushing, screening or blasting.
- Ability to lead roster-based remote works and work effectively to tight deadlines.
- Strong programme, financial and stakeholder management and understanding of HSEQ systems.
- Site accommodation on roster; relocation assistance may be available under policy.
