We are searching for skilled Mechanical & Electrical Technicians who enjoy working with industrial machinery, solving technical problems and keeping production environments running efficiently.

You could be a good fit if you:

🔹 Hold a valid EU / Dutch passport or have the right to work in the Netherlands

🔹 Have good English communication skills

🔹 Hold a relevant technical diploma, trade qualification or equivalent technical background

🔹 Have experience as a Mechanical / Electrical / Maintenance / Service / Electro-Mechanical Technician

🔹 Have worked in manufacturing, FMCG, food production, packaging, energy, utilities or industrial environments

🔹 Can perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, fault finding, troubleshooting and repairs

🔹 Have experience with motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, sensors, drives and control panels

🔹 Can interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics and maintenance documentation

🔹 Have experience with preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment inspections and technical improvements

🔹 Are practical, safety-conscious and motivated to develop your career in the Netherlands

What can you expect from Xelvin?

🔹 Competitive salary of €3,800 – €6,500 gross per month, depending on experience and position

🔹 Full-time employment (40 hours per week)

🔹 25 paid holidays + possible ADV days, depending on the assignment

🔹 8.33% holiday allowance, paid annually in May

🔹 Overtime and shift allowances according to the applicable employment conditions

🔹 Travel allowance of €0.23 per km

🔹 Relocation assistance and practical guidance

🔹 Support with housing and administrative arrangements

🔹 Dutch language lessons where applicable
