Do you enjoy being the engineer everyone turns to when equipment goes down or an electrical system needs improving? We're looking for a hands-on Electrical Engineer who wants to take ownership of critical electrical systems, work alongside skilled maintenance and production teams, and make a direct impact on manufacturing reliability. From PLC troubleshooting to electrical upgrades, you'll have the opportunity to solve meaningful challenges and see the results of your work on the plant floor.

Job Summary

We're seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems and controls equipment at our manufacturing facility in Catoosa, OK. You'll provide technical expertise in electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, PLC and HMI systems, and engineering projects while working closely with electricians, maintenance technicians, and production teams.

This is a fully onsite opportunity offering competitive compensation, a performance-based bonus, and relocation assistance.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment, including motors, control panels, transformers, and manufacturing machinery.
  • Program, test, and maintain PLC and HMI systems while supporting process modifications and automation improvements.
  • Develop and improve preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and strengthen equipment reliability.
  • Lead electrical projects and coordinate external contractors, ensuring safe execution, timely completion, and cost control.
  • Collaborate with electricians, maintenance, and production teams to maintain safe operations and ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and applicable electrical standards.

What You'll Bring

  • A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of relevant electrical engineering experience, ideally in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with industrial electrical distribution systems and control circuits.
  • Experience with PLC and HMI programming and troubleshooting, preferably Allen-Bradley systems.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work effectively with electricians, maintenance technicians, production teams, and external contractors.

We offer a competitive base salary of $100,000–$115,000, depending on experience and qualifications, and $10,000 in lump-sum relocation assistance.

You'll join a hands-on manufacturing environment where your technical expertise and leadership can make a real difference in equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

If you're an Electrical Engineer who enjoys solving complex challenges, supporting plant operations, and taking ownership of meaningful projects, we'd love to hear from you.
