We are seeking engineering professionals with experience developing manufacturing processes, creating work instructions, supporting production operations, and improving manufacturing efficiency in aerospace or other complex manufacturing environments. Convert engineering designs, build plans, and technical documentation into clear, accurate manufacturing work instructions. Evaluate production sequences and identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, safety, and process control. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to resolve manufacturing issues and support production schedules. Identify required materials, tooling, equipment, and manufacturing resources needed to complete production operations. Support configuration control, process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Review engineering drawings, models, specifications, and bills of materials to ensure manufacturing readiness. Track manufacturing issues, remove production constraints, and implement corrective actions to improve workflow and product quality. Ensure manufacturing processes comply with company quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable industry regulations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. 1+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, production engineering, process engineering, or a similar role. Experience developing manufacturing work instructions, production processes, or assembly documentation. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, CAD models, and Bills of Materials (BOMs). Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, tooling, process improvement, and quality systems. Experience with ERP, PLM, or manufacturing software systems such as SAP, Teamcenter, CATIA, or similar platforms is preferred. GD&T knowledge or experience interpreting engineering drawings is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Must be eligible to work in the United States.
