Job Description This kindergarten is located in Futian District, Shenzhen, next to the Foreign Language Primary School Affiliated to Futian District. The kindergarten is in a downtown area with convenient access. The school operates with a bilingual classroom setting and serves students aged 1.5 to 6 years old. Class sizes are no more than 20 students per class. The environment emphasizes creating a safe, caring, and friendly classroom atmosphere where teachers work closely with fellow Chinese educators. Position Overview The English Head Teacher will lead class teaching in a bilingual classroom setting. The role involves preparing daily, weekly, and monthly lesson plans according to school requirements, communicating with parents, completing assessments and portfolios on children's development, working closely with Chinese teachers to create a safe and caring classroom environment, and assisting in coordinating and organizing special school events. This is a full-time position with 40 teaching hours per week, 5 days per week.
