English-speaking Customer Support Agent in Athens (30 days accommodation + paid flight)

We’re currently English-speaking Customer Service Agents with an international company supporting some of the world’s leading digital brands.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support by phone, chat and email
• Support customer orders by providing relevant information
• Track and follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution
• Build strong, professional relationships with customers and show empathy

Offer:

• €1,050 gross base salary, paid 14 times per year, depending on the language and position
• €150 extra in meal and transportation allowances
• Bonus for late or night shifts
• Relocation support for eligible candidates, including paid flight and 30 days of hotel accommodation
• 1000 € Signing Bonus paid out in 2 parts
• Additional support with first month’s rent (350 €)
• 1000 € Signing bonus available for some languages

Requirements:

• C1 fluency in English
• Work permit for Greece or valid EU passport
• Greece tax number
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• A customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
• Willingness to relocate to Athens and work onsite
• Willingness to work in shifts (Monday to Friday (10:00 to 22:00) and Saturday (10:00 to 18:00) - 5 days/week, 8 hrs/day on rotation)
• Ability to start beginning of November
