ROLE SUMMARY

Why Patients Need You

Breakthroughs that change patients' lives are at the center of everything we do at Pfizer, and trusted data is what makes those breakthroughs possible at scale. Pfizer Global Supply's ability to get medicines to patients depends on clear, reliable visibility into how our network is performing — from manufacturing sites to markets — and on the data, analytics, dashboards, and insights that turn that data into action. In this role, you will lead the team and platforms that make that visibility possible across PGS, helping colleagues at every level make faster, better-informed decisions in service of patients.

Reporting to the Director of PGS Enterprise Analytics, this role owns the Enterprise Analytics CoE: a team of 5–6 Business Intelligence Engineers and Analysts who serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level analytics, metric governance, and self-service enablement across PGS's Business Categories, Regions, Operating Units, External Supply, Quality, GTEL, and Integrated Business Planning stakeholders.

The role carries dual accountability as a:

• People leader, building, coaching, and directing a team that delivers metric data products, dashboards, and analytics consultancy at scale;

• Senior analytics SME, maximizing the use of the PGS analytics platform stack (leveraging Unified Data Hub, Tableau, DAT, BOBJ, Sigma), suggesting its next required evolution to Digital, and the governance of enterprise KPIs and performance scorecards used by PGS Leadership from T2 through T5.

The successful candidate will balance hands-on technical/strategic depth with the judgment and presence to represent Enterprise Analytics to VP- and Senior Director-level stakeholders.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

In order of importance:

• Team Leadership & People Management — Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–6 Enterprise Business Intelligence Engineers/Analysts (including secondees). Own hiring, performance management, career development, and workload prioritization across competing enterprise analytics demands. Build a high-performing, service-oriented team culture.

• Analytics Platform & Infrastructure Ownership — Serve as the PGS Business Owner for core analytical infrastructure (Data availability through PGS Unified Data Hub, Data consumption through Tableau, DAT, BOBJ, Sigma, Cortex), partnering with Digital leadership to define and execute the infrastructure roadmap. Drive complete E2E metric data product build-out, cataloguing, and data quality standards that the wider team and other PGS functions rely on.

• Enterprise Performance Management & Governance — Own metric lifecycle management (creation & definition, cataloguing, ongoing reliability through DQ monitoring, enhancements & CIs, discontinuation) and the target-setting process across DAT and Tableau. Establish and sustain governance so that PGS Leadership and metric owners have reliable visibility into performance against targets, and that scorecards and dashboards remain a trusted single source of truth.

• Analytics CoE Enablement & Consultancy — Provide hands-on analytics consultancy to other PGS teams building their own metrics, dashboards, agents, and drive adoption/democratization of self-service analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Snowflake, Cortex, BOBJ, Sigma) so capability scales beyond the central team.

• Stakeholder Engagement — Act as the primary analytics interface for Integrated Business Planning, Business Categories, GSC Regions, Operating Units, External Supply, and Quality & GTEL. Translate business and functional requirements into a prioritized analytics roadmap, and communicate progress and value to senior stakeholders (Director through VP).

• Innovation & Continuous Improvement — Drive experimentation with new analytics, AI/ML, and visualization capabilities to advance PGS's data-driven culture. Identify/Pilot next-generation analytic capabilities with the Core Platform Capabilities team, including predictive models and automation, that reduce manual reporting burden across the team and its customers.

• Cross-Functional & Vendor Coordination — Coordinate with Digital, peer Enterprise Analytics tower leads (Sustainability & Regulatory Disclosures; Platform Core Capabilities), and external consultants/contractors supporting analytics delivery, ensuring aligned priorities and no duplication of effort.

• Demonstrated depth in business intelligence platforms (Tableau, BOBJ, DAT, SAP).
