We’re looking for exceptional engineers (mid, sr, staff+ levels) to join a well-funded, AI-native company with strong market-fit entering its next phase of growth. Due to a solid funding round the engineering team will scale by 10–15 people over the next 12 months, while remaining highly selective on all aspects. The team is still small with <12 people at the moment, so you are joining in the early days with mega upside for the equity packages.

This isn’t a role for engineers operating within one layer of the stack. We’re looking for engineers who can switch naturally and smoothly between abstraction levels; architecture, high/low-level system design and hands-on implementation, while thinking product and customer first. The team is exceptional and we're targetting the bar raisers that worked on very complex, security sensitive problems at scale with modern tech.

You will:

• Design, build and scale distributed, Python based backend systems using AI coding tools whilst always keeping standards for reliability, performance/scale, security and compliance in mind
• contribute to a cloud agnostic, hybrid platform with cutting edge cloud/infra stack
• Really own technical problems end-to-end, from architecture through production and scaling
• Work with incredibly smart engineers that know what good looks like and have a lot of fun whilst building this unique and very impactful product that anyone can relate to.
• You don't care about titles, you care about; impact, ownership, accountability, speed and get in early to be part of this exciting growth journey!
