EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO UHNW PRINCIPAL | EUROPE

Location: Europe | On-Site

Compensation: Competitive, DOE + Benefits

Travel: Approximately 30% International (US, Europe & Asia)

Schedule: Full-Time | Flexibility Required

Relocation & Visa Sponsorship: Available

We are seeking an exceptional, polished, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support a creatively driven principal with extensive business interests, brand partnerships, and international commitments.

This is a unique opportunity to serve as a trusted right hand to a dynamic and highly accomplished individual operating at the intersection of creativity, business, luxury, and global culture.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned EA who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and understands the nuances of supporting a principal with multiple competing priorities and an extensive network of influential relationships.

We seek someone who is poised, sophisticated, and naturally polished, with an understanding of a refined, international world. Someone who has exceptional social awareness, excellent communication and the confidence to navigate high impact environments with ease.

Equally important is a genuine hospitality and service mentality. This person truly enjoys taking care of someone, anticipating their needs, and making their day-to-day life seamless. They take pride in the smallest details, are thoughtful and intuitive, and understand that exceptional support is as much about personal attention as it is about organization and execution.

We seek someone who is incredibly sharp, resourceful, organized, emotionally intelligent, discreet, and naturally proactive. Someone who thinks several steps ahead, pivots seamlessly, and understands how to prioritize what truly matters.

No task is too big or too small. The right person brings confidence without ego, warmth, flexibility, and exceptional judgment.
