Executive Vice President (EVP) - Data Centre Construction OperationsSaudi ArabiaA leading international construction and infrastructure organisation is seeking an exceptional Executive Vice President (EVP) to lead its rapidly growing Data Centre construction operations across the Middle East.This is a rare opportunity to join a business delivering some of the region's most significant mission-critical and hyperscale data centre developments, providing executive leadership across a substantial portfolio of live and future projects.The OpportunityAs EVP, you will act as the senior operational leader for the region, overseeing project delivery, business performance, operational excellence and strategic growth initiatives.Working closely with executive leadership, you will be responsible for driving performance across multiple programmes while providing direction and support to an established leadership team.This is a highly visible position with significant influence over the growth and success of a major regional business unit.Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end operations across the Middle East business.
Oversee multiple large-scale data centre construction programmes.
Provide leadership to senior operational and project delivery teams.
Drive operational excellence, governance and performance improvement.
Support business growth and strategic planning initiatives.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders.
Ensure successful delivery of projects across quality, programme, safety and commercial objectives.
Act as the primary interface between regional operations and corporate leadership.

Extensive leadership experience within data centre construction.
Experience overseeing large-scale hyperscale or mission-critical programmes.
A proven track record managing multiple projects, business units or regional operations.
Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
Experience operating within the Middle East market.
The ability to lead high-performing teams in complex and fast-growing environments.
Experience within a major contractor, developer, EPC, construction management or mission-critical organisation.
