Salary Range: $320,000 – $347,000 Sign-on Bonus: up to $100,000 Residency Stipend: up to $45,000 Location: Oneonta, NY Description QFP/GWC has been offering high quality, evidence-based primary care in Oneonta since 1994. In 2007, we began embedding transgender and gender diverse (TGD) healthcare into our primary care practice. From 2016-2019, members of our interdisciplinary team received leadership training from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to create a rural-based center for TGD healthcare that provides gender affirming medical, mental health, surgical care, legal advocacy, training/education, and conducts community-based research. Job Description & Responsibilities Join an established group of 4 FM Practitioners and 3 Mental Health providers in a rural-based family practice/gender center to provide primary care for cisgender and TGD youth/adults across the lifespan Practice within Bassett Healthcare Network, an integrated system delivering care across an 8-county region Become a part of Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive academic health system and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons.
