We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Team Leader. Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage staff, ensuring efficient and seamless service. Supervise all aspects of food and beverage operations within a designated area, including dining rooms, bars, and lounges. Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations. Maintain high standards of customer service, resolving guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Manage inventory and ordering of food and beverage items, minimizing waste and maximizing cost efficiency. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions. Train and mentor junior staff, ensuring adherence to the hotels service standards. Requirements: Minimum of 1 years of experience working as a Food and Beverage Team Leader in a high-volume, fine dining environment. Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively, motivating staff to deliver exceptional service. Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and protocols. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues. Pleasant appearance and a professional demeanor. Excellent spoken English.
