Field Service Technician (Mechanical)
📍 Dubai (with site visits across the UAE) | Full-time | Driving license required
About us
Eaula Water and Liquid of Life have spent 18 years supplying premium equipment and service to leading UAE hotels, restaurants, offices and government entities. We're growing fast and expanding our field team.
What you'll do
- Install, service and maintain equipment at client sites (water systems, dispensers and related mechanical installations)
- Carry out piping, fittings, and mechanical and technical connections to a high standard
- Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose and fix breakdowns
- Respond to urgent service calls on a shared on-call rotation
- Complete service reports and checklists, and coordinate with clients and the operations team
What we're looking for
- 3+ years as a mechanical, maintenance, plumbing, MEP, HVAC, or equipment service technician
- Hands-on experience with piping, fittings and troubleshooting
- Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory)
- Comfortable working independently and representing a premium brand on client sites
- Good spoken English
Nice to have: experience with water treatment, filtration, coffee or beverage equipment, or hotel maintenance. Full training on our systems is provided.
