Film Creator (San Francisco)

About The Job

We're looking for a Film Creator to help capture and tell the stories behind Reserve as we build it.

You'll work closely with the founders, including Gabo, and the broader team to document what we're building, the people behind it, and the moments happening along the way.

This role is equal parts filmmaker, editor, and storyteller. You'll regularly create content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms, from short-form social content to longer-form storytelling and behind-the-scenes footage.

We're looking for someone who knows how to make everyday moments interesting. Someone who can pick up a camera, recognize what's worth capturing, and turn raw footage into something people actually want to watch.

This is an on-site role in San Francisco. Relocation support will be provided.

We're starting in Latin America. Over the last 22 months, UGLYCASH has reached $5M+ in revenue run rate and 32,000+ monthly active customers.

Cash, money in a bank account, and payment stablecoins each work differently. We believe the money people use should do more than move from one place to another. It should also give people a better way to save and grow what they earn.

That's why we're continuing to improve the version of money UGLYCASH customers already use, with the long-term goal of giving more people access to better options for their money.

What You'll Be Doing

• Film, edit, and produce content across the Reserve project, including UGLYCASH and our broader Better Money initiatives
• Work closely with Gabo, the founders, and team to document the day-to-day experience of building the company
• Create short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and X, as well as longer-form content for YouTube
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments, conversations, events, product launches, and the people behind what we're building
• Turn raw footage and everyday moments into compelling, entertaining stories
• Collaborate with our Head of Social Media to develop recurring content formats, series, and storytelling ideas
• Own the filming and editing process from concept through final production
• Experiment with different filming styles, editing techniques, and creative formats
• Help establish a recognizable visual style for our content across platforms
• Stay plugged into internet culture, emerging creators, and new approaches to digital storytelling

• Willing to work full-time, in-office/on-site in San Francisco, CA – relocation support will be provided to the right candidate

• Compensation: $10,000 - $15,000 per month & equity/token grant
