Finance Agent Orchestration Manager

About the Role

Join a venture capital and private equity finance team as its second finance hire, working closely with the Head of Finance. You will oversee fund accounting and investor reporting across multiple funds while leading the rollout of an AI-enabled fund administration platform and improving finance workflows.

What You'll Do

• Own fund accounting, limited partner reporting, and capital account statements across multiple funds.

• Lead the implementation and calibration of an AI-enabled fund administration platform.

• Automate recurring finance workflows using tools and systems that improve accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintain investment data, valuations, and portfolio company records.

• Support strategic projects with the Head of Finance, including office acquisitions and cross-portfolio initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Three to five or more years of experience in fund accounting, fund administration, venture capital or private equity finance, investment fund audit, or finance implementation at an AI-enabled startup.

• Experience with fund accounting and investor reporting, including quarterly reporting and capital account statements.

• Strong understanding of capital calls, distributions, NAV, management fees, and fund financial statements.

• Experience automating or rebuilding finance workflows with tools such as Excel macros, Power Query, SQL, Python, Airtable, or AI tools.

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• Interest in deep technology, science, or impact-driven work.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $133,000 to $160,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site, five days per week in San Francisco, California.
