We are seeking an experienced Manager, Financial Systems Support with strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle EBS R12.2 Financials to lead application support, manage system enhancements, and ensure the reliability of global financial systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technical leader who understands both the functional and technical sides of Oracle Financials and thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day production support for Oracle EBS R12.2 and related financial systems.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement proactive solutions to reduce recurring issues.
• Review technical solutions, code changes, impact analyses, and implementation/backout plans.
• Coordinate change approvals through the Change Review Board and oversee production deployments.
• Manage third-party support providers and collaborate with internal teams and global business stakeholders.
• Prioritize incidents and enhancements across multiple business units and brands.
• Oversee Oracle service requests and escalate critical issues when necessary.
• Support new functionality, system enhancements, and smooth transitions from project implementation to production support.
• Lead and develop a small support team while maintaining high standards for solution quality and system performance.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of Oracle EBS R12.2 Financials experience across technical and functional areas.
• Strong techno-functional experience with Oracle General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Payable (AP) — required.
• Experience with Purchasing (PO) preferred; exposure to AR, Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CE) is beneficial.
• Experience supporting global environments with multiple currencies and complex financial operations.
• Hands-on code review experience and the ability to assess technical solutions for quality and business impact.
• Strong incident, problem, and change management experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
• Previous people management or application support team leadership experience preferred. Strong technical leads with the right background will also be considered.

🔹 Additional Details

• Approximately 60% operational support and 30–40% projects and enhancements.
• Direct oversight of 1–2 employees and third-party support contractors.
• Future opportunities may include Oracle EBS upgrades, treasury systems, and supplier management platforms.
• Minimal travel, with occasional onsite visits for remote candidates.
