Hiring: Floater Nanny (with Nursing Assistant/Caregiving qualification)

Location: Al Bateen, Abu Dhabi (Live in)

Family: VIP Private Family

Salary: AED 4,000–5,000, depending on experience

Start Date: Immediate / As soon as possible

Job Description:

A VIP family based in Al Bateen is looking for an experienced Nurse, Nursing Assistant, or Caregiver to provide flexible childcare support for three children aged 3, 5, and 7 (other nannies are present in the household)

The successful candidate will work as a floater, providing support across all three children and assisting with their daily care and routines. The family is also expecting a newborn in November. A maternity nurse will be hired separately; however, the successful candidate will be expected to care for the newborn during the maternity nurse’s breaks and days off.

Requirements:

* Must hold a Nursing Assistant qualification, or relevant Caregiver certification.

* Experience working with newborns, infants, or children in private households is required

* Experience working with VIP or high-profile families is an advantage.

* Must be comfortable providing care and support to children of different ages.

* Must be flexible and willing to work as a floater across the household (for children only)

* Good communication skills, a caring personality, and a professional approach are essential.

Additional Information:

* The household currently has four nannies, and the family is looking for a candidate who can integrate well into the existing household team.

* The salary budget is AED 4,000–5,000 maximum, in line with the current household staff structure.

* The family is looking to hire within this week, with an immediate start preferred.

* Candidates must be comfortable working in a private VIP household and providing professional, discreet, and attentive childcare support.
