FLOOR SUPERVISOR — IMMEDIATE START

One Central, Dubai, UAE | Full-time | On-site

Kairos Merit is recruiting a Floor Supervisor for a fine-dining restaurant in One Central, Dubai. Immediate availability is required.

SALARY & BENEFITS

AED 11,000–12,000 per month, depending on experience.

Tips, meals, employment visa and medical insurance.

Annual flight.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise daily floor operations and lead the service team. Coordinate with the kitchen and bar, maintain fine-dining service standards and handle guest concerns professionally. Support service briefings, section allocation, staff training and food safety.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in restaurant floor supervision or an equivalent supervisory role.

Fine-dining restaurant experience and strong service standards.

Excellent spoken and written English. Additional languages are an advantage.

Strong team leadership and shift coordination skills.

Available to start immediately and work on-site in One Central, Dubai.
