About the Role

As a Visa Consultant, you’ll guide clients through every stage of the visa process, from the first enquiry to final submission. You’ll assess eligibility, advise on the right visa category, and make sure every application is accurate, complete, and professionally prepared. You’ll also manage your client pipeline in our CRM, so every lead is followed up and every case is tracked.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess client profiles and advise on suitable visa options and eligibility
• Guide clients on documentation requirements and ensure files are complete and compliant
• Prepare, review, and submit visa applications for multiple destinations
• Manage leads and client records in the CRM: log enquiries, update case status, and schedule follow-ups
• Track the full client journey in the CRM, from first enquiry to application outcome, and keep data accurate and up to date
• Convert leads into confirmed clients through timely follow-ups and clear communication
• Keep up to date with changing visa rules, immigration policies, and processing times
• Keep clients informed at every step of their application
• Meet service-quality and sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in visa consultancy
• Strong knowledge of visa procedures and application processes for:
• 🇺🇸 USA
• 🇪🇺 Schengen Countries
• 🇬🇧 UK
• 🇨🇦 Canada
• 🇦🇺🇳🇿 Australia & New Zealand
• 🌏 Asian countries and other international destinations
• Good understanding of visa documentation, eligibility assessment, and application procedures
• Experience using a CRM system for lead and client management (preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

💰 Salary & Commission

• Basic salary and commission based .
