Role Description

MARASSI Sp. z o.o. is recruiting Flower & Decorative Production Workers for a production site in Nowe Miasto Lubawskie, Warmia-Mazury region, northern Poland. This is a full-time, long-term role (not seasonal). Standard schedule is Monday-Friday, with weekends added when production is busy. Pay starts at 32 zl/hour from target and climbs the more you produce. Housing and transport are covered. Work permit / temporary residence card support is available for those who need it. No experience or Polish language is required, and students and graduates are given priority.

Responsibilities

Assisting with flower and decorative product preparation on the production line

Setting up and maintaining production line stations

Preparing materials and organizing finished products for packaging and shipment

Following safety and cleanliness standards on the production floor

Adapting to changing production needs and schedules

Qualifications

No prior experience required — full training is provided

No Polish language required

Ability to work in a team and follow instructions

Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with hands-on physical work

Students and recent graduates especially welcome
