Forward Deployed Strategist

About the Role

Join a team delivering AI-powered workflow automation to enterprise customers. You will own strategic deployments from initial scoping through production scale, aligning customer stakeholders and delivery teams to achieve measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Own enterprise customer relationships and commercial engagements, including scoping, negotiating, and closing complex pilots.

• Understand customer processes, align stakeholders across operations and executive teams, and define success metrics before delivery begins.

• Lead cross-functional teams, including deployment engineers, through pilots and production rollouts.

• Manage change, address blockers, and keep customer stakeholders aligned in complex enterprise environments.

• Identify expansion opportunities and grow accounts from initial engagements to broader deployments.

• Engage with technical teams to assess implementation progress and discuss solutions without needing to be an engineer.

What We're Looking For

• Typically 3 to 7+ years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, enterprise deployment, enterprise sales, GTM, business operations, or product management.

• Direct experience owning enterprise customer relationships, commercial targets, and complex project delivery.

• A track record of leading end-to-end deployments, delivering measurable customer outcomes, and scaling successful pilots to production.

• Experience navigating large organizations, aligning stakeholders from operations through the C-suite, and driving change.

• Technical fluency sufficient to engage with engineers and understand AI-powered software implementations.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $170,000 to $225,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site in San Francisco, California or New York City, New York. Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to one of these locations.
