About the Role
Join a small engineering team building AI-powered tools for healthcare education. Working closely with the founders, you will begin by owning technical customer support, then automate support workflows and take on more full-stack product development. Your work will help students and educators practice clinical conversations and use the product effectively.
What You'll Do
Own technical support across AI simulations, learning management, field experience, and compliance tools, with most customer communication handled by email.
Diagnose and resolve issues reported by educators, students, and university administrators, taking on more complex cases as you ramp up.
Build automations and internal tools to reduce support needs and help the team scale.
Ship full-stack features to production as support workflows become more efficient.
Contribute to product decisions, system architecture, engineering culture, and AI-agent-driven workflows.
What We're Looking For
0 to 4 years of experience, with experience working on a founding team or in a small, early-stage environment.
Full-stack development skills and interest in AI agents, large language models, and automation.
A self-directed approach and the ability to work independently without a daily task list.
Interest in building technology for healthcare education and supporting users directly.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: $160,000 to $200,000. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
On-site in New York, United States.
