We're building a small, talent-dense team to deploy AI agents into the most critical supply chains in the world. We need end-to-end engineers who can go from a customer's factory floor to shipping production code in the same week.

What you'll do

Deploy forward with customers and embed with procurement and supply chain teams to understand their hardest operational problems firsthand
Translate real-world insights into product and infrastructure features that meaningfully improve the platform
Own entire workstreams end-to-end, from scoping through deployment
Work closely with the founders to define the technical and strategic direction of the company
Set the standards for what agentic supply chain software looks like

Optimize manufacturing processes using AI to modernize outdated systems.
Backed by Foundation Capital, working with billion-dollar manufacturers.

Role Details

Founding Engineering role with end-to-end responsibility, closely working with founders.
Focus on deploying solutions in customer environments, involving travel.

Candidate Requirements

Strong engineering fundamentals, proficiency in Python and React; backend experience required.
Experience with AI tools like LangChain is a plus but not mandatory.

Team Structure

Current team of four, including two co-founders and two founding engineers.
Looking to hire 2-3 more engineers.

Work Arrangement

Role requires travel, approximately once a month, often in small teams.
Primarily onsite work with some customer-facing responsibilities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Someone with stakeholder management experience, possibly with forward-deploy experience.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to engineering challenges.

Compensation and Logistics

Salary range: $160k-$230k with 0.5%-1% equity.
Open to visa sponsorship, depending on visa type.

Interview Process

Four-stage process: Intro chat, deep dive on experience, technical interview, onsite assessment.
Onsite interviews are physically in person.l
