About the Role
Join an early-stage industrial AI team building wearable AI products for field technicians. You will own the product layer around the AI core, connecting wearable devices, cloud services, and companion applications into a reliable experience for customers.
What You'll Do
Build end-to-end product experiences spanning smart glasses, backend services, and companion apps.
Develop cloud infrastructure for real-time video ingestion, APIs, and storage.
Own reliable, observable backend APIs and data services used by devices and AI systems.
Build mobile and desktop clients for device setup, monitoring, and workflow configuration.
Create safe deployment and release processes for software running on hardware in the field.
Shape product architecture and engineering practices as the team grows.
Debug issues across frontend, backend, and device layers to unblock delivery.
What We're Looking For
Two to five years of post-graduate software engineering experience, ideally including early-stage startup work.
Experience building and shipping a product end to end, including backend APIs, data layers, and user-facing applications.
Strong full-stack skills with modern cloud platforms and technologies such as TypeScript, Python, React, React Native, Node.js, AWS, GCP, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, and REST APIs.
Ability to make sound architectural decisions and build scalable systems from an early stage.
Experience with real-time video, streaming, low-latency systems, mobile applications, or AI pipelines is valuable.
Background in wearable technology, edge systems, industrial AI, or products for field teams is a plus.
