The role Credit is the difference between a business that grows and one that doesn't, a family that absorbs a shock and one that doesn't. Every lender you bring on puts capital in the hands of borrowers who couldn't get assessed before. That's the scale of this job, and it's why go-to-market is the most important problem at Kita right now. You'll have jurisdiction over go-to-market, working directly with the founders. Revenue is the measure, and how you get there is genuinely open: deals, partnerships, events, positioning, the materials that make the pitch land. What you'll do Carry deals to signature. From first conversation through pilot, security review, procurement, and contract Navigate enterprise. Our buyers are chief credit officers, heads of lending, COOs, and CTOs, and a deal touches risk, IT, and legal too. You'll find the economic buyer, build the internal champion, and keep the process moving Own the relationship. Customers stay with the person who understood their business. You'll hold those relationships through pilot, rollout, and expansion Understand the customer deeply. How a credit officer actually makes a decision, where their file gets stuck, what their approval rates and turnaround times are, what their regulator requires. Deals here are won by whoever understands the lending operation best Build partnerships and channels. Loan origination systems, core banking vendors, associations, and networks in our markets. A single partner can be worth more than a quarter of outbound Run our presence at events. Lending and fintech conferences across the US, Southeast Asia, and Latin America. Decide which ones are worth it, show up, and turn the room into pipeline Own the materials. Positioning, the deck, case studies, the website, whatever we're missing. If the pitch isn't landing, you fix it rather than filing a request Manage top of funnel. You set the targeting and the quality bar, but your calendar goes to live deals Price and structure pilots. We don't run free POCs, and holding that line is part of the job Feed the product team what you hear. GTM is the fastest information channel we have What we're looking for A track record of revenue you personally drove. Tell us the deals you took to signature, what they were worth, and what almost killed them You've sold to financial services, or to some other buyer who is conservative, regulated, and slow to trust You get technical enough to be credible. Our buyers ask hard questions about how the assessment works, and passing them to an engineer every time loses deals You can hold price. If your instinct under pressure is to discount, this isn't the right seat Range. You'll go from a redline to a partner call to working a conference floor to rewriting the homepage in the same week You operate clearly in ambiguity You write well. Our buyers are busy, and a short clear email beats a deck All in on the mission. Expanding access to credit globally is the reason this job exists We don't have a years-of-experience requirement. Show us what you've built and closed. Nice to have Lending, credit, or fintech infrastructure background Emerging markets experience, especially Southeast Asia or Latin America Spanish or Tagalog Why this one Very few GTM jobs move real capital to real people at this scale. You'll also see it: our team travels to the markets we serve, and you'll be in the room with the lenders in Manila and Mexico City who are buying. Benefits: competitive salary and meaningful equity, relocation support, health coverage, international travel across our markets, offsites, team gym sessions, and a lot of good food. Compensation The base pay range for this role is $140,000 – $200,000 per year.
