About Yestella

Yestella Academy, our free financial-education programme, is live. Yestella is also building a wealth-management service, which will be provided through licensed partners.

The role

• Look after a small number of internationally mobile families, from the first conversation through onboarding and regular reviews.
• Explain allocation, risk, liquidity and cost in plain language. You are measured on understanding, suitability and conduct, not product sales.
• Any advice you give is given under the licensed partner firm's arrangements and follows its advice process.
• Work with investment and compliance colleagues, and with the partner firm.
• Help shape the client journey, the review process and the Yestella Academy.
• Build relationships in your market with relocation lawyers, tax advisers, schools and banks.

What you bring

• Demonstrable client-facing experience in private banking, wealth management or a family office, ideally with internationally mobile clients.
• Relevant DFSA/ADGM/SCA experience; CISI UAE Financial Rules & Regulations an advantage. Registration or certification would be through the licensed firm through which advice is given. We support study and exam costs.
• Professional fluency in English. Arabic, Russian or Hindi an advantage.
• Sound judgement on suitability, conflicts and conduct, and a clean regulatory record.
• Visa through the UAE-licensed employing entity or partner when the role starts.

Pay

AED 30,000–45,000 a month base. The UAE does not levy personal income tax; your own tax position depends on your circumstances. Plus a discretionary bonus tied to client outcomes (such as understanding, suitability and service) and to conduct, not to product sales or investment returns. Founding-team terms are discussed at interview.

1. Optional but recommended: RM Foundations — a free course for people preparing for client-facing roles in wealth management. It is on the Yestella Academy (academy.yestella.com): twelve short lessons and quizzes (about an hour and a quarter, an estimate; it depends on your pace), plus an online assessment. You can start the lessons now (the six lessons of "Behaviour and Risk" and the first three lessons each of "Private Markets & the Family-Office Way" and "Foundations of Investing"); the final assessment is planned to open in November. When you pass, you receive a completion code. This is not a regulatory qualification. It does not meet any FCA qualification requirement (for example, an appropriate qualification under the FCA's Training and Competence sourcebook). Not accredited by any professional body.

The course result is one part of our review, never the whole of it. The written alternative carries the same weight.
