This role is crucial for assisting our French-speaking clients in navigating their B2B integration processes, enabling them to enhance their operational workflows through effective technology solutions. Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison for French-speaking clients on B2B integration initiatives. Assess client requirements and develop customized integration solutions tailored to their business objectives. Work collaboratively with internal technical teams to implement seamless integration strategies. Deliver training and ongoing support to clients during and after the integration process to ensure successful adoption. Track integration performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise post-implementation. Document integration processes, client interactions, and project milestones thoroughly. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to enhance the quality of services provided. Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal. Experience in B2B integrations or a similar technical role is highly preferred. Strong understanding of integration methodologies, software solutions, and APIs. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for managing multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Familiarity with relevant technologies in the B2B space is an advantage. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating initiative and strong organizational skills.
