Responsibilities Provide top-notch customer support to French-speaking clients regarding banking products and services via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with account inquiries, transaction issues, and information on financial products. Effectively address and resolve customer complaints to ensure a positive banking experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues. Work closely with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve service quality. Educate customers on banking procedures and policies while promoting financial literacy. Gather client feedback to support the continuous improvement of customer service processes. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial industry. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
