Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients regarding their travel inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with questions related to itineraries, travel changes, and additional services offered by the agency. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure a positive travel experience. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions. Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to meet customer needs efficiently. Stay informed about travel trends, regulations, and agency offerings to provide accurate and useful information to clients. Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve service quality and customer satisfaction. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry. Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-focused demeanor. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Proficient in utilizing customer service software and standard office applications. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
