As an In-Game Support Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to assist French-speaking players by addressing their queries and ensuring they have an enjoyable gaming experience. Responsibilities Deliver real-time support to French-speaking players through in-game chat, email, and community forums. Identify and troubleshoot a variety of in-game issues, providing assistance for technical problems related to gameplay and accounts. Document and manage player issues within the support ticketing system, ensuring effective resolution and follow-up. Communicate clearly with players to explain game mechanics, features, and updates. Collaborate with the development team to relay player feedback and identify recurring problems. Stay updated on the latest game releases, features, and industry trends to offer knowledgeable support. Contribute to the enhancement of support processes aimed at improving player satisfaction. Fluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the gaming industry, is advantageous. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to assist players with various technical challenges effectively. A genuine passion for gaming, with a good understanding of game mechanics and community dynamics. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate player needs. Familiarity with customer support systems and ticketing tools is a plus. A positive attitude, empathy, and a commitment to exceptional player support.
