Responsibilities Act as a primary consultant for French-speaking clients, providing in-depth knowledge of our product offerings. Evaluate client needs and recommend tailored product solutions that drive their business success. Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to effectively communicate product value. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings based on client feedback and market needs. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to offer relevant insights and recommendations. Support clients throughout the implementation of product solutions, addressing any queries or issues that arise. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. Experience in a client-facing role, particularly in product advisory, sales, or customer support. Strong understanding of product solutions, services, and market trends in the digital sector. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts efficiently. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client challenges effectively.
