Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

Join a product engineering team at an early-stage company building tools to improve the reliability of AI agents in production. This backend-leaning full-stack role gives you ownership of product problems from customer conversations through implementation and iteration.

What You'll Do

• Build product experiences for investigating agent behavior, evaluating results, debugging execution paths, and replaying production activity.

• Work directly with customers to understand where their AI agents fail and turn those needs into product improvements.

• Ship across APIs, data models, internal systems, and React-based product surfaces.

• Develop systems for workspaces, permissions, billing, usage, SDKs, and terminal-first developer workflows.

• Build and improve agent-driven investigations across production traces.

What We're Looking For

• Typically 0 to 5 years of experience building and shipping full-stack products, with a backend emphasis.

• Strong coding skills in Python, TypeScript, or Node.js, with experience building clean APIs, effective data models, and polished React or Next.js interfaces.

• Experience debugging production issues and owning work end-to-end, including understanding customer needs.

• Hands-on familiarity with AI agents, LLM-powered products, agent architectures, or evaluation and debugging tools.

• Strong CS fundamentals and interest in developer tooling, such as CLIs and SDKs.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $150,000 to $275,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
