ROLE DESCRIPTION Our full stack engineers are expected to work across our tech stack. You'll work on a functional team either geared towards a feature (Digit Savings) or discipline (front end, infrastructure) . We envision someone who is creative, dedicated, and passionate about what Digit is doing, can ship to production, write tests and work in a Coffeescript, Node, MongoDB environment. We don't require experience with our stack but hope to find someone eager to learn. We do require people who have shipped significant features to production and worked both individually as well as on teams. You should feel confident with data structures and algorithms. We often solve problems w/ math and, at times, non-traditional means. Please be curious, experienced and someone who will challenge traditional ways to figure out the best solutions for a unique problem. We work on teams of owners partnering with product, design, and other stakeholders. Your job will be focused on scaling, building, and developing new/existing features to Digit's user base. You'll work across our entire stack and pair across the entire engineering team.
